SkyClean&Co was founded in France with a clear ambition: deliver professional exterior cleaning that respects buildings and lasts. France's architectural diversity — centuries-old terracotta tiles, limestone facades, brick-clad townhouses — demanded precision, patience and the right chemistry. From the very first job, we chose soft-wash over aggressive pressure-washing. The results spoke for themselves.

As demand grew, we expanded beyond roofs. Brick and render facades, entire building exteriors, apartment complexes — jobs that required scaffolding installation and a methodical, top-to-bottom approach. We developed strong partnerships with scaffolding specialists and built a process that delivers a full clean — from ridge cap to ground level — under one quote, with no surprises.

After four years of continuous work across France, we had cleaned more than 2,000 surfaces — roofs, walls, driveways, heritage facades. We refined our anti-moss biocide formula to meet French and EU environmental standards, achieving 2–3 years of regrowth protection per application. The Move to Australia

After six years building our expertise in France, we made the decision to take on a new challenge. Brisbane's subtropical climate creates ideal conditions for moss, lichen and algae growth — the same problems we spent years solving back home. Queensland's terracotta rooflines, ageing brick homes and growing apartment stock were a natural fit for everything we had learned. In late 2025, we arrived in Brisbane and launched the Australian chapter of SkyClean&Co.
